You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your favorite products, adding them to the cart, and completing the checkout process.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of confirmation. Delivery times may vary by location:
● Metro cities: 2-4 business days
● Tier 2/3 cities: 3-6 business days
● Remote areas: 5-8 business days

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or proof. We’ll assess the issue and offer a refund or replacement if eligible. Please note: Only unopened products qualify.

Orders can be modified or canceled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, they cannot be changed due to the perishable nature of our products.

Refunds are offered only if:
● The product or packaging is damaged at the time of delivery.
● The order was cancelled by our team.
(Only unopened products are eligible)

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use this link to monitor your delivery in real time.
